After having no butterflies in the backyard from 10/9 -10/14 we had three on the 15th and then 4 on the 17th when the temps got up to 70. No butterflies since then - temps in the 50's. This year the butterflies preferred the lantana over the Mexican sunflower and tropical milkweed.

Our heaviest part of the migration was 9/19 through 9/26. on the days we counted in there were 7,13,26,5,4, and 10.

Since then on the days that we have counted, there have been 2,2,1,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,1,1,0,0,0,0,0,3,-,4.
