Male Monarch in my Peoria, AZ pollinator garden, one of two here most of the day, very active, chasing each other and numerous Queens. First noticed 9:30am and this photo approx. 4:00pm, nectaring on Bird of Paradise. Both remained high flying, brief landing high in trees or this tall B-O-P. Left wing tear did not affect high level of activity. Breezy, temps in mid-upper 80's.
