our last monarch of 2022 in ME was 4 OCT (not yet reported here to JN). our first monarch in VA is today at 1330 hrs. a big bright monarch floated at about 6 feet altitude north to south across Sunset Hills Road @ Target and continued across the Target parking lot toward the hazardous crossing of the Dulles Tollway
