At 3pm on 10/31/2022, I was at the Pactiv plant in Temple, Texas. I observed a monarch of unknown sex flying north towards the entrance of the plant. Total duration of the sighting was about thirty seconds, and I did not see any other monarchs at that time. I also saw about ten snout butterflies flying near the Pactiv plant entrance. I did not see the monarch land anywhere, and there are no flowers on the plant property.
