I saw a beautiful, perfect Monarch flying at my home at 777 Seacoast Drive, Imperial Beach, Ca around 1pm Pacific Time. The Monarch was in excellent condition and then landed on a small palm tree and I slowly walked up and just admired this beauty at eye level 1 foot away for about 2 minutes and then he gently fluttered up to the sky as the wind carried him. I was so very close and did not have my cell phone, but, he will forever be in my memory. What a real beauty, a gift from God. A blessing.
