Bald eagle sighting: I was driving on 208 from Oakland going toward Hawthorne, when I spotted a bald eagle perched on a tree! It quickly swoop down from the tree toward my car and up. It was close enough where I could stare in awe at its wingspan and talons. It was magnificent! I truly wish I could have taken a picture or video but I was unfortunately driving... safety first!
