While checking up on the first Aquatic Milkweed plant form a previous report, I spotted a smaller second plant. Both are located in a dried creek bed in the woods. Also, both plants have now gone to seed. I notice that an animal had tried to eat one of the seed pods but did not finish left it on the ground. In Baton Rouge we have had some very chilly mornings in the 40s and 50s and have recently had a few thunderstorms.
