Waves of robins arrived on Veterans Day instead of Thanksgiving this year. Its hard to estimate how many--8-10 eating toyon and camphor tree berries in out back yard and more foraging in neighbors yards. A flock usually arrives at this time of year on our street, stays a week or so and then moves on. Did not see any cedar waxwings with them this time.
