Luke Parker at the Peoria Community Center saw this Monarch outside the Community Center around 9am on a breeze and clear morning, low 70s. It’s a female and it looks in good condition. It was resto g in the sun on the pavement. There are about 10 desert milkweed shrubs and lots of lantana near by
