I found at least 20 or more tropical milkweed plants that were either in bloom or going to bloom soon. I pulled them up by the roots. I monitor native milkweed in the area and it was already going to seed . My phone identified it as tropical milkweed. Please let me know if this is the correct way to handle this to help the monarch butterflies.
