Three monarchs. One that hatched yesterday and was still clinging to a stubby twig of lantana. Wings obviously deformed. One newly hatched, on a flowering stock plant. It was drying its wings and seemed ok. One flying freely, enjoying the warmth of the day, stopping now and then on ginger or milkweeds.
