This is my adult male rufous hummingbird and I don't see him much because I have another rufous that is also a male but it isn't mature and I call it my 'Yard Guard' because he is very territorial of the whole back yard which is large... This is the latest I have ever had an adult male of any kind. This was taken today, December 18, 2022 in Alamogordo, New Mexico in my back yard.
