Our juvenile male Rufous hummingbird, Raphy, is still here in Kernersville, NC. He arrived late October. The weather has improved and we are now above freezing at night. He is sure to have Happy Bug Hunting days for the next 10 days or so, according to the forecast. On days like this, he doesn't come to the feeders nearly as often as when the days are cold and cruddy.
