I was in the woods a half mile from my home and I heard them.. Saw two fly away. Then the next day I heard one in the trees at my house (where they nest every spring).Saw one male. Later that day at sunset I heard at least two fighting in the trees.. where they always nest since I've lived here for 4 years. First time they have been here this early. Though I know " winter robins" stay year around in Little Compton, RI..a half hour drive from here,on the ocean.
