Raphy, our juvenile male Rufous/Allen's hummingbird, is still wintering here with us in Kernersville, NC. With the exception of a couple of harsh cold snaps, winter here so far has been relatively mild, with lots of days conducive to insect hunting. He also visits his feeders all throughout the day.

I recently finished Arnette Heidcamp's 3 books on hummingbirds overwintering in her sunroom. I highly recommend them!
