Columbus drying himself after shower.

Found out why Columbus doesn't hunt after noon. Greenhouse temperatures reach 72 - 78*F nowadays and the roof vents open, leaving two 4ft wide gaps in the roof. Red Tailed hawks hover over the greenhouse tempted by Koi fish. Today we switched the roof vents to Manual mode. Instead, side vents will open on Auto Mode from tomorrow. We will be installing a bird netting on the side vents so foxes, hawks, ravens won't be able to enter. But Columbus can get out just by pushing the netting. At present, Columbus is too obsessed with Calliandra emarginata or Powder Puff Bush. Fuchsia, Cuphea and Hibiscus have begun blooming. See nectaring video on Instagram #million.blossoms.
