Thread Leaf Milkweed Buds swelling. Ready to shoot out in a few days.

Shoots delayed a few days by Gardeners cutting back last years dead wood and including last years green wood. This causes a delay in bud break. Because open wounds on good wood bleed some. Causing delays in buds push.
