6am. 1st red-winged blackbird--in tree & on deck railing. Unable to reach seed in tube feeders. Looking around for tray feeder just like European starling did yest (who's back again today too). Tray taken down because of racoon raids. Sighing is few days earlier than last year tho sometimes not seen til into March. Past 24hr winter storm with snow/ice mix. Now cloudy with temp low 30's.
