A massive bunch of robins flew into a few trees ( crab apple) or ( cherry) on the next street east of me. I was on a walk with the dog. They looked dark so at first I thought they were starlings but their conversation sounded like the robin. As I got closer I observed robins eating the fruit still on the tree. Too many to count! Good sign of spring coming early.
