I'm tardy reporting an egg-laying event a while back. She was in decent shape, so I'm not sure if she was a migrant or a resident.
I now have 15 instar 4-5 caterpillars. Their color looks good, so I'm assuming they're in good health. I'm moving them to containers and shifting them to butternut squash to preserve my small/new milkweed they buzz-sawed through. They should form chrysalises in a day or two.

Closer exam of the milkweed showed another 2-4 instar 1's.
