Crossing the Long Bridge into Sandpoint yesterday early morning (6:30AM) saw an immature (no white head showing) Bald Eagle sitting on the top branch of a willow tree. It was obviously looking a breakfast as the coots in the lake below were bunched together. We typically see a couple perched together on these same branches.
