I ran errands into Austin today and when I returned home a faded Monarch flew over my truck as I unloaded it in our driveway. I finished and started checking the fields near our house. I saw this female nectaring on prairie verbena down the street in front of our house. I also found 7 eggs on the milkweed in the field. Lots of butterfly activity today.
