We live in Winter Haven Florida, and have been blessed with Monarch butterflies all winter long, with many generations of monarchs through the winter. Our milkweed plants have supported many generations this winter. That all changed about a week ago, we have not seen a monarch butterfly since and only one caterpillar can be found on our milkweed plants . Guess it’s time to start preparing for next fall and winter, with pruning and new plantings ! Vic Platania Winter Haven Florida.
