Monarch (OTHER Observations)
Sightings report image

Date: 03/26/2023

Number: 1

Our fantastic Monarch butterflies have now completed their overwintering phase in the Oyamel fir forests in Central México.

A handful can still be seen flying around and a few couples trying hard to mate before they still try to make it north or die in their intent for it.

The overwintering phase this year leaves us bigger challenges. Global warming is turning complexities into extreme risks.

Monarchs' exceptional resilience shows us tough, that the race, if genuinely reinforced and perseverant, shall bring successful trails back to reach success again.
