Black-chinned Hummingbird. Really surprised to see my first hummingbird of 2023 today because the wind blew 20 to 40mph all night and we are under a high wind warning for the day. It's so windy I made the feeder stationery and even tied it down. Also saw my first oriole, a hooded, at the crack of dawn today. Both birds have been hanging out all morning.
