Tulips are late this year..I am seeing them emerge (barely)in the garden as well as hyacinth, and crocus (see photo). Not many because of drought. Hyacinth more advanced than tulips but no blooms yet. There is still SNOW in many places! We may have a spring snow yet, its always a possibility!
