Second monarch of the year sighted two days after the first one, flying S-N between houses and just over rooftops in Edgewater/Lakepointe neighborhood south of Lake Hefner in OKC. It was large and bright orange, did not appear to be faded or tattered at all. About 4 pm on April 3.
