First buds of swamp milkweed starting to peek out on south side of the yard. Have had temps 10 - 20 degrees above normal (and lots of sun) for several days now. Other monarch-supporting perennials (liatris, asters, golden alexanders, wild bergamot, etc.) up and growing as well!
