Spotted our first monarchs in the garden today. Got a photo of this one laying eggs. She visited several milkweeds in my garden laying eggs. So far she has laid eggs on a. Tuberosa, a. Incarnata and a. Syriaca (slight preference for a. syriaca). Spotted a second one more faded and tattered than this one. She is investigating my garden but I haven’t been able to get a photo yet and haven’t caught her laying eggs
