1st hummer confirmed today at a 35+ yr wildland feeding station. Sex: female (early bcz males usually arrive 1st here). Typically Black-chinned males arrive here before BTHU. Pinyon-Juniper meadow. Single wildlowering = Astragalus. Nite low 39F. NOT obsd around feeder, but in tree. Finch racket around suet may have attracted it.
