Nine more indoor-reared monarch caterpillars became chrysalises today. These caterpillars had been brought in as eggs on March 22. We had two nights of freezing temperatures in the preceding days, which severely damaged some of the milkweed plants. I collected some of the eggs to raise indoors. This is a photo of one of the chrysalises (taken 4/14/23).
