One more indoor-reared monarch caterpillar became a chrysalis today. The caterpillars had been brought in as eggs on March 22. We had two nights of freezing temperatures in the preceding days, which severely damaged some of the milkweed plants. I collected some of the eggs from the damaged milkweed to rescue & raise indoors. This is a photo of the chrysalis (taken 4/14/23).
