Hummingbird, Ruby-throated (FIRST)

Date: 04/15/2023

Number: 1

Saw our first Ruby-throated hummingbird at about 8:03 AM CST on April 15. In may be about 2-3 weeks for our Perennial Salvia to be in bloom, so he looked at our roses getting ready to bud and Salvia, still mostly dormant, and then flew away to the south. There may still be a Eastern Redbud tree in bloom for him somewhere in Edmond. Who knows? We put a feeder out for them last week. It is cooler today:

Temperature 1.5m = 54*F
Wind Gust 10m = 19.1 mph
Pressure mb = 967.1 mb
Wind Speed 10m = 13.3 mph
Pressure inHg = 28.56
Relative Humidity = 65%
Solar Radiation = 62 w/m2
Dewpoint = 42.5*F
Wind Direction 10m = 311*
