8 milkweed plants ( two varieties) have emerged in early March 2023 from 2022 planting. As if April 27, 2023 the plants are approx 5” tall. One has two buds.
Note, in 2022 A 5-6 ft long swirling vortex of monarchs appeared in my yard to rest in the massive live oak trees in my yard.
