I was busy most of the day planting for our sweet hummingbirds. I observed several today, both at the feeders and checking out all the new plantings, including Cuphea vermillionaire, one of their very favorites. I always recommend that one, plus various varieties of salvia (especially Black and Blue), Porterweeds, Lonicera, and Buddleja to anyone looking to attract hummingbirds to their yard. We plant lots of other stuff too, but those 5 are definitely powerhouse hummingbird attractors.
