Sightings report image

Date: 05/04/2023

Number: 1

Spotted a flock of birds departing from a neighbors tree. They were obviously not residents and appeared to be a migrating flock. Took a couple of long range phots in a attempt to identify. Some of the flock remaining in the tree were diving toward the ground and out of sight. Having remembered seeing what appeared to be Waxwings fly overhead yesterday, I remembered that my neighbor has a row of Holly trees where it looked like the birds were diving, They had to be Waxwings feeding on the Holly trees. Zoom in on photo to see if I missed any (marked by red arrows)
