Sightings report image

Date: 05/04/2023

Number: 1

Wave upon wave of such groups as in the pic were headed north, calling loudly; I got a good enough shot of an individual to ascertain that these were Franklin's Gulls migrating. Def don't see this every day. Or every year. Order of activity--fly north, then circle cyclone style while a couple gulls retrace path till a subsequent group catches up then proceed north again. Lots of groups, daisy-chained like this all afternoon.
