Monarch Egg Sighted
Sightings report image

Date: 05/03/2023

Number: 6

I found several monarch eggs today, just looking at a few nearby milkweed plants. Earlier I had seen a faded-winged monarch laying eggs. A lot of the milkweed here is mature: either flowering or producing seed pods. Like in this photo of a monarch egg on a Asclepias viridis leaf seen today.
