First RTHB observed this season, a male at the feeder.

Lunch was almost over just before 12:30, he chose the port out of sight and mostly kept his head down in it for three minutes. Being careful not to disturb, I managed to capture some of his red gorget, and beak with a bit of tongue the brief moment he looked up and around before drinking more and then departing. Right on time as the first usually arrives between May 5th and 16th, started putting feeder up on the 3rd.
