One egg on the top section of fairly new leaves, Asclepias Syriaca. Two plants were right there together and I checked both, but spotted no more eggs today. These plants are right beside a storm water separation pond thaw was built a few years ago by my city's Water Protection division. The city has planted the entire area with native grasses, forbs, and trees. Weather this morning at time of sighting was 70°F, sunny, no wind. Saw no adult monarchs in the area.
