Eggs were laid on 4/10. I protected my cats this year in an outdoor enclosure. Successfully released 14 butterflies: 5 males and 9 females between 5/17-5/25. Pictured is the last little guy to emerge on the 25th. Hope they all find milkweed and populate up north! Fly, and be free!! Next year I hope to plant more milkweed and raise even more.
