Having seen monarch’s lately, we’ve been on the watch. Two so far.

The photo I submitted with the Canadian penny and caterpillar was sent to show its size and date. We have never seen monarchs, eggs, or caterpillars this early in the year. This is our milkweed patch, where it and dozens of others, are growing peacefully.
