The actual sighting and photographs were taken by RA who prefers to remain anonymous. She is not the property owner of the private yard where the butterfly was seen nectaring on clover and then settling on milkweed. She did not want to disclose the exact location, so the pin I used is NOT the actual location, but a nearby point on public property.The private yard has a large amount of milkweed and has had Monarch sightings in past years.
