Hummingbird, Nectaring from Flowers
Sightings report image

Date: 06/15/2023

Number: 2

Male, ruby-throated hummingbird sipping on the gartenmeister fuchsia, a new addition to the garden flowers.

Deer came through the other night and ate plants that they don't usually touch, 10 echinaceas, Joe Pye Weed, Firecracker vermillionaire cuphea, and even some bee balm.

I went to the garden center for replacements and found this fuchsia along with more salvia and cuphea (aka cigar plant)
