Monarch Egg (FIRST sighted)
Sightings report image

Date: 06/15/2023

Number: 15

Thought I saw a monarch fly through backyard in afternoon but wasn’t sure. Went out front to check the showy milkweed for eggs just in case. Found about 15 on showy milkweed and narrowleaf, but couldn’t fully search - too many stems. No eggs on small A. Tuberosa.
Very mild weather for June partly cloudy frequent thunderstorms and 70-75F warm.
