Have an incredible abundance of milkweed ~ first appeared at least a couple of months ago ~ dozens and dozens of plants that have returned on their own every year for almost 3 decades, mostly in my front yard, in every stage of growth, from just poking thru the sandy soil, to tall plants with flower buds beginning to turn to pods. Will check for eggs & cats (first saw a monarch, yesterday, 6/25/23).
