My son at 7 a.m saw what I think from his description a male Black chin, (very dark black front,) on small high view feeder. Located on south side of house hung in Yellow Sophra that is about to bloom. Desert willow tree on that side has blossoms galore. He's watcing to photo it.
Took umbrella off plants on
north side, pergola area so it can find other feeders.
We are staying, watching inside bscause it's still too hot in 90's to bbq outside this 2023 Fourth.

Looks like returns are not late as in previous report. Just staying up in trees more because its hot this year.
