Monarch Adult (FIRST sighted)

Date: 07/03/2023

Number: 1

there are no monarchs here this year. They usually arrive June 2-6. Seen this one on July 3 and another today July 10.
Local social media reports the same and suggests that it could be due to the smoke from the forest fires in Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia. Last week, Toronto had one of the worst air qualities of any place in the world!
