Hummingbird (OTHER Observations)
Sightings report image

Date: 07/14/2023

Number: 1

It was so hot and humid today. This adult male Ruby hummingbird landed on the feeder and it looked like it went into torpor. He flared his tail feathers and ruffled his feathers.
He sat that way for a few minutes before he started to sip nectar.
I know they flare their tail feathers showing aggression but there were no other birds around.
