I've set up a butterfly garden with early and late blooming flowers, as well as milkweed, and a water source. I've seen monarchs around here this summer, but this was the first visit to my butterfly garden. It visited my giant hyssop and perched on my golden rod to give me a very good look at him. He circled around the milkweed, but didn't rest there. I hope he will be back.
